eTrust EZ Firewall Help

Does anybody use EZ Firewall (from eTrust)? It's causing me many problems lately. It has options for blocking ads and cookies. I added some forum sites to the site list so that it will allow cookies for those sites only. However, lately, it's been logging me off for some forums after I close a browser and I must log in when I want to post. Here are my settings for those sites:

Session Cookies: Allowed
Persistent Cookies: Allowed
3rd Party Cookies: Allowed
(Set to disable web bugs)
(Set to remove private header information)
Mobile Code: Allowed

Despite that, it still logs me off. Can anybody help me fix this? Strangely, I did not add this forum to the site list and I can log in fine and it's keeping me logged in. That's weird.

eztrust is the same as Zone Alarm as far as I know. I would just turn off the "Cookie" controls and let it go except for the 3rd party stuff.
