Alright, as topic says. I made an ISO of Mall Rats with DVD Decrypter and then loaded the ISO into dvd shrink, and then went to backup.. I was watching the video preview as it encoded... and I saw like a box come in front of the video as it played like the director commentary and then goes away, u know how they have the commentarys? well, I do'nt want that infront of my movie... so wtf? Thx

Uncheck the directors commentary audio before you backup with shrink

You can also disable subtitles and substreams of insignificant sizes.

I added something to the statement.

You can disable video substrems of insignificant sizes.

... Is that possible after you already made an ISO with DVD Decrypter?

No problem and yes, you need to check the box that states disable audio and video substreams.

There is another option to disable all subpictures except menu and forced streams.

    You could try that.

All I can tell you now is to explore the settings in decrypter.

It may be a prohibited Use Object.

You may need to delete the iso and disable the puo's in decrypter then rip and create a new iso.

You could run the iso back through decrypter and possibly remove it that way.

    Just switch decrypter to iso-read.

  22. Use File mode in DVDDecrypter when ripping or let DVDShrink do it.

That is not a subpicture, that is part of the video stream. Its contained in a separate angle. You can rip the DVD in IFO mode and select the angle you want, usually angle 1, or you can strip out unwanted angles with IFOEdit.

Use IsoBuster to open the image then send the files to a new folder and use IFOEdit to remove the other angles.

You can just mount the image with Daemon Tools and it will be just like as if the DVD was in your dvd-rom. From there you can do whatever you want, including stripping the unwanted angles.

Yes but unless you strip out then angle then its still there. If you use DVD Shrink in reauthor mode you can just select the angle you want. But if you want a full backup then you've got to strip that angle out before hand, as far as I know.

How do I strip the angle out with daemon tools?

You mount the image with Daemon Tools. This lets you access the image as if it were a DVD in your dvd-rom. There are many guides on this site which explain how to do this.

From there you have to strip the angles in something like IFOEdit. Again, there are guides on this site which explain how to do this.
