I have just got a DVD writer. Previously I have been writing SVCD's onto CD using to play on my DVD Player. Now I would like to get the files from the CD's, join them & convert them so I can make a DVD. I tried to use TMPENC DVD author to convert the filesto DVD but it said that the 480x480 format was not compatable & also the audio which was 44k should have been 48k. What software should I use to convert the files

Found in the Guides section under Author. Pick one that suits you best. SVCDs do not fit the requirements for DVDs, so a few small adjustments are necessary.
Good luck,
