Ok, I've looked everywhere for the past week trying to solve trying to solve my problem.
Im trying to convert some episodes of the anime Gungrave to put on DVD but TMPGEnc only gives me the audio and no video when I go to convert them.
I dont think its a codec or file issue becasue they play perfectly fine. I thought maybe it was becasue they were 23.976 fps so I tried using the 3:2 pulldown and 23.976 (29.97 internally) options but that just gives me the same results.

    File Stats-

    Video : 136 MB, 782 Kbps, 23.976 fps, 640*360 (16:9), DX50 = DivXNetworks Divx v5, Supported
    Audio : 22 MB, 128 Kbps, 48000 Hz, 2 channels, 0x55 = MPEG Layer-3, Supported

Any help would be great. =[

Have you really looked everywhere for a solution?
I think that Baldrick's sticky is visible enough.

Try raising the priority of the DirectShow reader in TMPGEnc.

I already had direct show at the top of the list. And I've tried messing with the prioritys. It doesnt solve my problem.

Then you should probably remove your current DivX codec and install another one.
I use ffdshow for decompressing divx/xvid and I've never had a problem with it.
