Menu Customization as per the DVD contents..?

I’m using DvdReMake Pro 2.2, and need help.

My question is

I Split Braveheart DVD into 2 folders DVD1 and DVD2 [using IfoEdit 0.95]

DVD1: Main menu + Main movie (VTS_02_0.vob) from chapters [1-12]

DVD2: Main menu + remaining movie (VTS_02_0.vob) from chapters
[13-22] + Special Features.

What I want to accomplish is,

1) Insert a Menu Screen in DVD1 saying "insert disc 2" and disply this screen when the user makes a selection on any of the content whose files are in DVD2. To specify in particular when user makes "Special Features" selection from DVD1 it shows him the "insert DVD2 screen" as the contents are there and vice-versa.

I do this in DVD Shrink by replacing the features or main movie with a graphic of my choice. Takes up a little more space, but is much quicker to do.

Do you have a guide to this.?

How to you edit the menu to do the desired task?

You don't need to insert a menu screen. CReate a screen in your favourite graphics app that says "Insert Disk 2 for Special Features". Open the disk up on Shrink. For each feature, change the compression type to still, and browse to your graphic. Then just back up and burn. When the disk is played, all the menus will be in place, but when a feature is chosse, the user will see your screen.

Repeat the same trick for your main movie to create a features disk.

Thanks for the help but I yet have some doubts

For each feature

I don't understand what you mean by "feature" . or let me try to explain what i have understood uptil now

1) I open the movie in DVD Shrink [DVD1 Chp 1-12]

2) Expand the Menu Tree And go where the main movie's root menu is

[in this case VTS 2>English>Root Menu
______________________ >Audio Menu
______________________ >Chapter Menu
______________________ >Special Features]


**Root menu has 4 choices
PLAY MOVIE [this choice will be on both DVD1 and DVD2]

SETUP [this choice will be on both DVD1 and DVD2]

SPECIAL FEATURES [this choice will be only on both DVD2]

SCENE SELECTION [this choice will be on both DVD1 and DVD2]

Now I make "Root Menu" as "Still Image" browse to my "insert disc 2"..?
so when the user selects "Play"... ...Chp 1-12 will be played
______________ selects "Setup".....DVD1 will play it
______________ selects "Special Features" ..."INSERT DISC 2"
______________ selects "Scence Selection" DVD1 will play it
