Problems with burning

I have movie that I converted myself from PAL to NTSC with TmpgEnc Xpress and authored it with DVD Lab Pro to my HDD. When playing on my computer, everything works great, I satisfied with the quality. When I try to burn it with NERO, the picture is broken, choppy doesn't play at the end of the disk. I tried different disks (no label), the same result. I meet this problem first time, before I never had such problem for that operations with those disks.

Can somebody tell me where the problem is?

Bad media.

Some jerkiness is common with a framerate conversion, but not playing at the end ....is it Princo media by any chance?

Not it's some kind of blank media that, I believe,is made in China (no label, no brand). But all my other disks that I burned from this pack plays well... I tried to burn disks from different packs, and now I try Memorex DVD+R. Yes, media is not great, but I believe that it's not only media...
