When I export an AVI file out of ULVS8 to my DV Camcorder the video is fine but the audio is crackly or popping. When I play it on the PC it is fine and if I create a DVD from the AVI the audio is fine. I know Ulead had a problem in version 7 with exporting back to DV but I was hoping this was fixed in version 8

Have you tried exporting the video to your HD and checking the audio playing it on the PC?
Have you made sure that the audio is at 48khz and the audio setting on the DV cam is the same?
Have you tried doing the export with some other app such as WinDV or DVIO?
Don't know if any of this is releavent to your situation but maybe something for you to try or think about. -
Even if it is audio related it is "more" dv related so I'm moving you.
