I have a DivX avi file that is 576x240 @25fps

I tried encoding the avi to m2v using CCE SP 2.67 but when I put that m2v in DVDWS2 it wanted to re-encode - is this only because the frame size is incorrect? If so, what program can I use to change the frame size to the correct size so that DVDWS2 won't want to re-encode?

I recently did a different avi file that was 608x256 and it didn't have a problem with it at all...

you can use avisynth to do the resizing,
    install avisynth.
run fitcd and open the avi(under mpeg resizing) and set the destination to dvd and save the script.
    open the .avs with cce.
