Problem with Nero

Hi Nero's suddenly stopped working, I cant burn any DVDs or CDs, I just get an error message saying
Need wondows original WNASPI32.Dll

then I click OK and it says

Could not open driver. Trying system aspi

can anyone explain what has happened?? Does anyone know how I can fix it?? I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that hasn't worked. please help

Your WINASPI32.DLL got corrupted somehow. Do a Google for it, download, and reinstall it.

OK PLEASE can anybody help? I'm running ME, getting the same error message, I cant find ANY information on google, please help, I've got abgout 3 hours of university footage that i need to put on DVD, and I cant even back it up because I cant burn a CD or DVD
