  2. You can use ffmpegx's dvd 9>5 in it's tools section. There was also the freeware Minx Transcoder. Which doesn't detect pulldown, but will do the job on most standard vobs. Otherwise you can author a VIDEO_TS with apps like DVD Imager or ffmpegx or Sizzle and then shrink that with DVD2OneX or DVDRemaster.

Well, like, you should like use like, an application that will, like, shrink your dvd, like, down. I suggest you use, like, DVD2OneX, because, like, thats what has been suggested in this forum, like a million billion times.

Also, like, you can't just, like put a .vob file in, like, Toast (what is toaster? Do you mean Toast?) and have it, like, burn properly. You, like, did use a VIDEO_TS folder, like, right?

I will admit that you only used the word "Like" twice in your post. I don't understand why people use that word so often in normal speech, and the reasons for using it on a forum confuse the hell out of me.

So, in conclusion, I assume you're trying to burn a VIDEO_TS folder, and not a .vob, because you shouldn't ever have a vob that is 5GB, but you easily might have a VIDEO_TS that is. Use DVD2OneX to compress it to something like 4444MB and then try to reburn. If you actually have a 5 Gig vob file, you have to do horrible things to get it to play. Or not.
If it isn't broken, take it apart and find out why.
