new to CCE, trying to encode an avi to mpg2, everything starts off fine, it begins encoding for maybe a few thousand frames and then it just stops as if it's done, why?

I think it has something to do with the timecode setting, I put diff values in and it encodes some, and then stops still...what is going onnnnnnnnnnnnn

ok, I got past that problem, it was the timecode thing...next problem is that when I frameserve from vegas 5 using satish's frameserver, the encoding goes verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry slow, nowhere near how fast CCE is supposed to go, is there a way to fix this? it only happens when frameserving...

I'm wondering, if the main culprit is a colourspace conversion..
I've noticed that this kills me, especially since i do it from Premiere once in a while...
