    Ordered this drive from Newegg...anyone know if it's a good drive for running K-Probe..? Have a NEC 3500 for burning already, (as well as a 107D in another machine), just hoping this one is good for scanning etc.. Any input?

    being a lite-on drive, then definitely yes. I have an 812@832 (812 with hacked firmware to make it 832) and k-probe works no problem
