  1. I've succesfully encoded a divx to kvcd, but need help on burning it with nero. I know you must switch off the 'make a compliant vcd' setting, but are there any other settings to change? I don't want any menus or stuff on the vcd, just the movie.

  2. Use something like VCDEasy to make a VCD image (.BIN and .CUE) if you haven't already.

    Just tell it to burn the image file and it will be fine. The image would normally contain the menus so if you have authored it with none you will not get any - it will just play the film and that is all.

    No changing 'make a compliant vcd' is enough, just burn it. Make sure your dvd-player can play odd video formats first...
