I have one comp with windows 98 on it and another that screwed up and now the OS won't work.
How could I create a windows 98 CD install disk from the first comp to reformat the second comp?
And will the install disk be able to hold multiple liscences?

The install cd only has 1 serial number.
However, I recommend upgrading to XP.
98 is on life support.
There are not newer programs being supported and Microsoft is not really issuing any new security patches for it.
You could create a boot floppy but I believe you still need the install cd. -
C:\windows\options\cabs
burn all to a CD
Find a win98 bootdisk on the net
