Capturing problem with multiple users?

I use AIW MMC for capturing. The problem is both my wife and I use the computer. I set everything up to record while in my account. If she logs off my account or even leaves me logged in but switches to her account it won't record (Win XP).

I did a bunch of searches here and couldn't find a solution. Has this come up before? Is there a way to fix or do I need to find a new program for capturing?
