Using NeroVision, I want to create a PAL DVD-Video. The titles in the DVD are NTSC mpgeg clips (720x480) created in Premiere 6.5 (Main Concept mpeg encoder).
My question is: Do I have to re-encode my mpeg files in Premiere as PAL files before I do the transcoding/burn in Nerovision (using PAL video mode of course)? Or, can I skip the NTSC-PAL conversion part of the mpeg's in Premiere and just transcode/burn in NeroVision?
Thanks!

Hi sla_personal,
You might be really lucky and not have to do anything at all. In PAL regions, it is very common for VCRs, DVD players and TV to be able to support NTSC playback - meaning that you can go ahead and burn (I'd suggest a rewriteable DVD, just in case) and then watch.
If you have the option, in future I'd go for PAL encodes - but that's just me...
Hope that helps...
