DVD+R Dual Layer problem..??

Hello all..

I have a problem. I rip a movie with DVD shrink. Burn it with the latest Nero version on a Richo DL disc.

Works great on my DVD drive but on my Pioneer(latest model) standalone it works crazy.. I can start the move. Watch the movie. But if I for example choose the languge menu I can not use the menu. It only says forbidden action when I puch a button on the remote. This always happen. The main menu works fine though.

Try ripping it with a tool intended for that purpose... DVD Decrypter for example. Make sure to turn off PUO's.

Also, DL burning is far from an exact science at this point.

Turn off? You mean I should remove it from the disc when I rip?

Go into the dvd shrink preferences and un check remove layer break before burning dual layer Dvd-9.
