    ok, problem! I have alot of .avi files, 2 season of simpsons and basically, when i load them into xpress it says,

    .......avi can not be open or unsupported......

    i have installed every plugin known to name yet i am so confused!!!

    any ideas?

    Use GSpot to get the details of your AVI files and post back the results

    hi,

    it says that i have all the correct codecs installed. its a DIVx 3 codec used, and audio is 48000Hz 160 kb/s total (2 chnls)

    You probably need the Divx 3.11 codec:
