Just had to post somewhere to gloat. I got 100% legal a few video game related things this weekend.
First I found a place where I can get a bit of a discount because my cousin works there (not gamestop or simular) that had used PS2s for $80, I got on for $65 after tax.
Then he sold me an old PSone with built on LCD screen (hinge is broke but thats ok) for $25.
Now the PSone is hidden in my desk at work and overnight shift isn't so bad anymore.![]()

But it works out great.
Sadly I dont have any of my old PS1 games anymore and the ones I want to rebuy seem to be holding some value because they are kinda rare. -
Playstation at work??? DING DING DING....and we have a WINNER!!!

I assume you are talking the "National" before "Wanker"? That is not spelled wrong. That is the "national" that appears on the original plaq, I didn't alter that one. It is not a "Y" it just looks like that, it's really a "T".
Besides I teach maff. It's been along time since I mispelled "y = 3x - 5" -

J/K Just pulling your chain coalman. That is a funky font they used -
ohhh it's the original scan, probably happened if you resized it, if you look in the second line the t's appear correctly twice and look like Y's twice. I assumed he had a typo since the y and the t are right next to each other......
Call up the President, better let him know about this dire national emergency, they need to change the font. -

Now I just need some really good games for it. Might win an auction on military madness (the one made for PS1 on ebay) -

I found out (but don't know the site to find it) that you can remove the CD rom function of a PS1 and replace it with a 32x Sony CD Rom. It will require a Mod Chip and a male IDE pin connector. I'm trying to find a soldering and wire diagram to do it. What someone did is take their old PS1 that had a broken motor for turning the disc, and removed it completely. They took a Micro ATX case and attached the PS1 board to the inside. The IDE cable came from the board to the new CD Rom Drive. The only thing I found out is that the person matched part numbers and other various things, but I want a wiring diagram. I'm trying to create diagrams for people who want to turn old game consoles into micro-ITX PC cases to be more modern looking or match their computer equipment.

Technically Cap, Flan is right. It is spelled "Defence" in the unabridged wanker dictionary.
