I'm converting VCDs to DVD and noticed that VCD contains two different languages and would like to keep both of it.
I use TMPGEnc Plus convert the original VCDs to DVD format MPEG2 & 48KHz, then when I use TMPGEnc DVD Author to convert it with the Option "Bilingual Dual Channel", I will have no sound in the final format. I was able to play it with sound in computer, but not on DVD player.
Is there anyway I can convert the audio to 2 channel from the DVD converted files?
Thank you for your time.
