  1. I did a search but couldn't really find the answer so hopefully someone might have an answer. When I do a capture the resluting file is saved as a BMP and I couldn't find anywhere in the setup to be able to save as a JPG. Is there a option I am missing or it just can't be done?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Click on the middle bottom button and you can switch from bmp to jpeg.

Well, that doesn't actually convert it though, does it? One simple way of converting, however, is to open a .BMP in Paint, then Save As a .JPG.

I'm sure if you go to http://www.download.com/, you can find some kind of batch conversion utility, for example among these.

A lot of people like IrfanView, and it's free.
