I have discovered some green lines in the bottom of my SVCD created with the SVCD PAL template in TMPGEnc 12h.
The article in http://www.geocities.com/dvtosvcd/DVtoSVCD.htm are discussing resizing and cropping, but it's not understandable for me. Is there more info or are better guide that's explaining this ?
What is the best solution go get best result when using TMPGEnc? Is this till the best SVCD encoder that's free?

I've heard (from Sefy) that this is a codec issue, you have to remove all MPEG-2 player codecs (including any DVD playing software) until you can no longer play MPEG-2, then add only one or two until you can again.
As for SVCD-specific, I dont' get the various issues involved ( like interlacing, etc ) so I ony use MPEG1 at 23.976 framerate, all the time, everyday. -
The green lines appear when playing on the DVD-player too. Could it be the software player codec then ?
