    Hi
    I've had dvd2svcd installed on my computer, and while converting avi to mpeg I've reached speeds of about 1.3 with CCE.
    recently I've had to format my computer. I've installed the same OS (XP), and downloaded the latest dvd2svcd (1.2.2 build 3), but now I can get speed of only 0.9 atmost.
    does anyone has an idea what went wrong?

    If you were using an older dvd2svcd then it was because you were using simpleresize and now the default setting is bicubicresize for svcd and lanczosresize for dvd,go to the frameserver tab and check there,another possibility is you have safe mode checked for cce encoder?

    did you set your hard drive to ultra dma ? check your ide settings ..
