One way is to to a screen grab of the window while the video is playing and insert that at the end of the video by using the "slideshow" authoring option aith an app like Vision Express or DVD Movie Factory that supports mixing still images and videos on the same DVD. During authoring you can set the timer for whatever length of time you want.

By the way, when you post a topic, try to use a more descriptive title than just "Urgent Help Needed" please. That doesn't give people the slightest hint about what the issue is. Thanks

The way I read it he wants to add a delay at the end of each of his videos, using the freeze frame. I don't know of a way to do it using the video so I figured the workaround of adding a grab would get him what he wants. I've never seen a post asking about how to do this before

Another method would be to create a silent WAV file (or include music if you wish) using Windows Sound Recorder for the length of "time-delay" you need, then muxing this with the still image of the last frame, then appending this MPEG to the main MPEG.
    If in doubt, Google it.

  6. Cap's method is probably the easiest way to do it. So you take a screen grab of what you want. Make it a jpg. Another program you can use for this is slide show movie maker. Import your jpg and set the # of secs to what you want. Export it, it will be an avi. Then convert that to mpeg 2 and merge it onto the end of your other mpeg file.
