I've got a video_ts folder created by winavi video converter and then dvd shrink. The original files were downloaded avi files, so therefore there are no chapters or menus created.
What software would enable me to add menus and chapters to the video_ts folder, and then burn the folder which has .bup, .ifo and vob files...and could ezplain how to do it please.
Nerovision Express does not allow me to add ifo or bup fielsand when i add the vob files they appear as 1.68Gb each wen they are 300Mb on my hard drive.
Nero burning Rom allows me to add the vob, ifo and bup files and burn them onto a dvd but i do not know hoe to create menus or chapters as i want to play it in my dvd player. Any help is appreciated

You are better off doing this before you create the vobs, as this make life much easier. Having said that, both Tmpgenc DVD Author and DVD Lab will allow you to import VOBs, add menus and chapters, and create a finished DVD.
This question was asked and answered in the DVD Authoring forum only a couple of days ago. Start here https://www.videohelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=241134 and maybe do a bit of search if you need more details. -
How can you add chapters and create menus before create the vobs, because for me the files are in avi before?

Convert to dvd compliant mpeg, then add chapters/menus in dvdlab (author), then burn.
