Hi,
Please excuse if this has been asked before, but I searched the VCDEasy FAQ and on here and could find no reference - -
Has anyone else noticed that often when playing a (S)VCD on some standalones the voice and audio is out of sync? Yeah, I know, THAT old potato.
BUT, have people noticed that by using VCDEasy tools to rip open an (S)VCD, and by throwing away everything barring AVSEQ01, and remaking the (S)VCD that the sync problems are corrected?
I've never actually seen this explained anywhere. Does anyone know what is occurring?
If I dl an (S)VCD these days I ALWAYS do this little dance to clean them up -
It has not failed me thus far.
Any bright ideas?
(I have six standalone DVD players of various vintage now and in almost all cases this sync problem will show up in about 7 out of 10 CDs.)
