Is there any way tmpg enc plus that you can set it up to do one encode then go to the next file. I have a ton of files built up and need to get them encoded, But Im busy and am not going to be home. If not does anybody know of a encoder that will? Thanks Jay

It will do that. I think it's under "File" and "add to batch encode" (or something like that)...

I use the TMPGEnc Batch Encode, but most of the time, TMPGEnc automatically closes itself after first file encoding; that is, I expect it to encode all files in the batch encode list, but the program closes itself after it finishes encoding the first file in the list (or it sometimes closes itself after 2 or 3 files).
Does anyone know why?
Thanks a bunch

In response to the OP, load your first file, set it up as required, the go to File > Add current project to batch list > MPEG file. It will then ask you for the output filename. After you click the save button, it will display your batch list. Close this, then repeat for each file you wish to "batch". Once you've added your final file, instead of closing the batch list, click the run button to start proceedings.
If in doubt, Google it.
