    I've encoded a mpeg2 file at 1700kps the original divx was 52 minutes and the new file is around 719 meg/52 min.

    When I burn it as a VCD in Nero my apex player only read the disc as 35 min & 59 seconds.

    What am I doing wrong?

    i dont understand you have a mpeg 2 file...if your createing a VCD your file should be mpeg 1

    Sorry this might be a little of topic.

    I am authoring SVCDs with Nero and would like to create some with 1 video that automatically plays upon inserting the cd into my DVD player. I have an APEX AD-660 and I love it.
