  2. 1. Make sure you have DIVx codecs installed. I had to install ver. 4 and 3.something.
    2. With Virtual Dubbing in full processing mode extract audio (File-Save WAV) from the DIVx movie.
    3. Rename the wav file to MP3.
    4. Use TMPGenc to convert to MPEG with your DIVx AVI as video source and mp3 file as audio source.

    That's it.

  3. What is up with steps 2 & 3. I just load the avi in TMPGEnc for both video and audio and then encode. I don't use any other programs.

  4. it goes faster if you seperate the audio into wav. and sometimes tmpge has troubles encoding if you dont.

  6. You know,at the left here,is a button with the words "Convert,Avi,Dv,DIVX...to" . These are there to aviod posts like this.I think I saw some sentence here stating to be sure you have checked all the stuff about VCD's before posting a question that can be answered simply by checking out the tutorials to the left. But im guessing that these shouldnt even be here, because ppl just dont want to check them out,and instead post their question and get it answered here.
