SCREEN SIZE QUESTION

is there anyway for me to take a video that is in wide screen format and put it in full screen............can you do it with tmpegnc program , also what is the size to fit the tv screen the 720 x 480 or 352 x 480

If you want to cut a widescreen to fullsreen select under Settings->Advanced under Video Arange Method: No margin(keep aspect ratio) and TMPGEnc will then cut left and right so it will fit FullScreen. You may have to use Advanced->Clip frame in TMPGEnc also...it depends if your video has visible black borders.

You can use 720x480 or 352x480(better if your source has a low frame size), both will be stretched so it look okey on all TVs.
