I want to convert my bands DV into DVD, and edit out some useless footage. Ive looked at a few programs, and even ones which say are straight forward are a apin in the ass to use.
Whic one would you say is the most straightforward for someone who isnt very good on computers?
Im used to using dvd shrink/nero for burning dvds, but how do i burn my edited footage? I have no idea.
Could you email me if you can help?

Windows Movie Maker or Ulead's VideoStudio are probably the easiest, although not as powerful as the big boys. If you need something cheap and cheerful, Movie Maker is free if you have XP, otherwise VideoStudio is cheap.

VirtualDub is not intuative as an editor, although it can be used to cut and join. I'd leave it until you are more experienced.
