    hi, ive downloaded some video clips but when play them they are jumpy and seem to flick if you get what i mean they are coming down as

    frame rate -25/frames per second
    data rate -136kbps
    video sample rate -12 bit
    video compression -xvid

    even when i covert them to dvd the clip is still jumpy is there anything i can do to smooth them out as this is the first time this has happened.

    Get the newest xvid codecs and install them.
