    I bought a PAL DVD from Russia. Ineedd to convert (copy) this
    to NTSC. How can I do this?

    Hello,

    Check the guides for "pal-ntsc". It's been discussed a lot here.

    Try virtualdub and tmpgenc. There is no all in one app that I know of.

    Be patient, it takes a lot of time.

    Rip it to your PC (to remove region code protection) and then watch it on there with PowerDVD or WinDVD.
