There are several different subtitle formats that use the .sub extension. DVD-Lab pro does support one type of .sub file, but I can't remember which at the moment.

Try opening the .sub file in Subtitle Workshop and save it as a Subrip (.srt) file. This should import into DVD-Lab with no problems.

if it's .sub/.idx/.ifo you must convert it to text(like .srt) subtitles using subrip. or download subtitles from www.extratitles.to

and to add .srt subtitles in dvd-lab pro doubleclick on the subtitle-track and then choose import subtitle. you don't add the .srt subtitles in the assets windows.
