whenever I play a video in a media player no matter what codec the video is or what source it comes from cd, dvd, hd it always speeds up real fast for like a second randomly. Its like I hit the fastforward button very quickly. And this happens in every media player i use.
Second question simlilar to the first, every video i play regardless of codec or source i get green artifacts in the video randomly. Just one or two pixels at a time which wouldn't be so bad, but it ruins all the video i try to encode because they come up much more frequently. please help
