I've got four wmv9 files, all from the same location. They're the four quarters of a football game so I assume they're all encoded similarly.
TMPGENC freaks out at one of the files though, so I can't use it.
I'm just trying to make a simple dvd that has chapter stops every 5 minutes or so. The only tools I really know are DIKO and TMPGENC.
What's the simplest way to go about making a dvd of these?

One way you could try is to import the files into Windows Movie Maker 2, which uses this format natively of course, and produce as DV-AVI. Then open the resulting file in TMPGEnc.
