I occasionally make slide show videos using ssmm that generates a divx file with pictures/music. If I want to burn it to svcd, since the videos are pretty short (couple of minutes at most), then what's the best freeware program out there?
seems like a lot of people are using diko...w/ something called ksvcd. I try it at 480x480 ntsc and it's done in abr 2500 and max 2500. i get 24mb for a 90s video, which looks kinda soft. Is there a way to increase the bitrate/file size (perhaps using cbr) and still have a functional svcd? would using cbr increase quality or decrease? diko doesn't seem to have an option to use cbr. i ask cuz if i do it at 352x480 file size is smaller than 480x480. any other freeware programs? thnx
