Sony=£Mbucks .. cheaper to buy whole Pc with DL burner than this.. allededly ..

The picture appears to have a firewire port on the front. Plus this quote "• Can even be connected to computer for high speed DVD burning/copying " certainly implies firewire or USB 2. Since it's from Sony I'd presume the first one.
@LordSmurf, yeah it's hype, but it is also showing that DVD burning is/has gone main stream. Both a very good and possibly a bad thing.
I'd still be happier with a mini-DV tape deck in the same price range (or lower since it would just be a camcorder without the camera). edit ....with a tuner and a timer, thanks for the reminder Bugster.
As a ps they do show DL media under $10 a pop. -
