I have this anime serie I wanna put on DVD. But.. Its 27 episodes long and they are all 16:9 format. Except one episode thats 4:3.. My TV is 4:3 and I dont plan to buy any 16:9 systems for some time.
Anyone have any advice/suggestions about how I should do to make this work?

Are they 16:9 matted letterbox, or 16:9 anamorphic (widescreen enhanced) - i.e. do they appear stretched vertically on your TV ?
If they are just matted letterbox, keep them as is, or you will have to go through a horrible P&S conversion process.
If it were me, I'd leave them as is, and use the DVD player to set the AR for playback as you would for anamorphic movies. Then, in a couple of years when you get a widescreen TV (eventually you wont have a choice, 4:3 wont be manufactured), you wont be cursing yourself for screwing it up.
