  1. Hi guys, did you miss me.

Well first day back at work today after the house move. All went well and am really pleased with our new property. Broadband at home should be back on tonight.

Loads to do though so will still not be on here as regularly as I would like at least until the renovations are done.

Had 2 weeks off work working solid on the house and have only got 2 bedrooms done so I will be at it for a while yet. Putting in new plug sockets, TV points, phone points and networking the house with cat5 cable. So I will be after advise on which router to buy shortly.

all this has to be chased into the walls so thats why its taking me so long to decorate. Also ripping off all the skirting boards and fitting laminate flooring.

I will be busy but should have time to pop in here most days.

There was a feeling of "someone's missing" the whole time you were gone.

Glad you're finding your way back into the fold, big guy

  8. On the subject of the router, Draytek Vigor 2600 best router on earth. I have the 2600g (wireless version) it has never crashed unlike all that Belkin, Negear, Linksys wank.

  9. I'm not falling for this trick.

You aren't REALLY Craig Tucker -- you're just Gitreel / Bazooka coming back as another identity. Kinda strange how now that Bazooka's gone you just happen to show back up !! A little too coincidental if you as me!!

Just in case you are the REAL Craig Tucker ...

Glad the move went well and that you decided to show your hairy face around here again. I was beginning to think we'd run a Mod off, as well !!

  16. Are you redoing the whole gaff? 4 bedrooms wasn't it. I admire you, I moved in said bollocks to this and called in workmen, favours etc.. to get it all done. All I did was the home cinema room.

  17. Yes I am doing it all myself, 4 bed (master en-suite), bathroom, cloakroom, Living room, dining room, kitchen and study. Doing one room at a time putting extra power points where I need them (there are never enough), TV point and phone and internet points in every bedroom. Move the boiler from the kitchen to the garage and eventually refit the kitchen, bathroom and cloakroom.

Main priority is to get the upstairs finished ASAP, as we have no wardrobes at the moment (except for one built in in one of the bedrooms. At the moment all our clothes are hanging off 10, £6 clothes rails from Argos. So I have to decorate the bedrooms and landing before I can fit the laminate flooring, before I can buy and build the bedroom furniture.

Going back to work today was a real drag, got nothing done to the house at all. I am at the stage where I need to chase out the walls in the 3rd bedroom for the wiring so will have to try and get home early to get a good start on that tomorrow.
