I have a (long) AVI file that is far too bright and is 720x356. I want to darken it and resize it to 720x405. Can anyone help me out?

You can use the resize and brightness/contrast filters, in Virtual Dub

Don't you mean "Sei il benvenuto" ?
By the way, when I tried it on VirtualDub I get the following error (same with VirtualDubMod):
"Cannot start video compression:
The source image format is not acceptable.
(error code -2)"
But that's only on the resize, which is the main filter I want to use...any help?
