I would like to play an authored DVD on the computer, but also display the subtitles from an external, text-based subtitle file (SRT, but of course I can easily convert to other formats using Subtitle Workshop)
I know that if I rip the DVD to an MPG file, then I can just place the MPG and SRT in the same directory and the subtitles will display (I have VobSub installed)........But, is there any player out there which will let me specify an external sub file for an authored DVD?
