  2. Please try to post in the correct forum. This is not conversion of DVD to (S)VCD or AVI - you want DVD Authoring!

    Moved.

In answer to your question, if you look at the guides under "Author" you will find information on authoring VCD and SVCD to DVD. That will take you through how it is done. If it is just VCD, you should be able to drop it into TMPGEnc DVD Author and it will work.

Kinda depends what's in the bin. Is it a VCD, SVCD or DVD?

If it's a DVD then just burn it using your favourite cue/bin burning program.

If it's a VCD then you can try this guide which will extract the mpeg first using isobuster.

If it's an SVCD then you can try this guide which covers VCD and SCD.

Note: VCD video is DVD compliant and SVCD is not. A DVD made using SVCD video is not compatible with some players. TMPEnc DVD author will re-sample the S/VCD audio from 44.1 to 48 KHz to make it compliant.

    Good luck!

Just like writing to a CD - Insert a blank DVD, start your DVD writing app that handles cue/bin and burn away.
Conversion is another business, and completely depends on what's in the bin. Try mounting it with daemon tools to see what's inside.
