    Me the funny guy went to the neighbourhood lake and took a 45sec exposure as an avi but held my camera vertically as a result of it I now have an avi playing sideways
    Is there an hope of correcting so I can watch it horizontally?

    Of course, use the rotate filter in Virtual Dub.
