  1. the problem is when ripping the dvd in dvddecryptor it also rips the layer break point, and then when burning it in Nero, nero add another layer break so there's to layer breaks on the disc.

    it's plays fine but it's annoying when the picture freeze two time's during playback.

    so the question is how after ripping do i remove the layer break from the movie?

  3. thanks ill try that, i also tested dvdshrink.

    could that work using no comression to remove the layer break?
    or does dvdshring do anythink to the movie even if i use no compression?

    Yes it will and DVDshrink will not do anything to the files if no compression is used. For burning I'd actually recommend Recordnow 7.21 as this has produced the best results for me.

    Have you tried burning your DVD files as an ISO image with Nero? Nero doesn't mess with the layer break if you burn that way.

    Why not just rip as a iso in dvd decrypter then burn in dvd decrypter as well....
    Not bothered by small problems...

    LOok under Preferences in DVD Shrink. There is an option to remove the layer break.

    dvd decrypter MODE.
    dvd decrypter ISO- Read.
    dvd decrypter ISO- Write.
    keeps the original layer break and works perfectly
