    svcd to dvd is NOT editing. PLEASE try post in correct forum.

    you can always try svcd2dvdmpg and author with gui for dvdauthor or dvdauthorgui and burn with dvddecrypter.

    but easiest are probably dvd-lab or svcd2dvd.
