DVDxCopy by 321 Studios is a one button solution to copying DVDs. It includes the code required to crack CSS encryption, has an OK trancoder, and has an unfortunate habit of embedding itself in your PC and causing problems. The inclusion of CSS decryption made it ultimately a simple target for the MPAA, who took 321 Studios to court, won the case, forcing the CSS decryption to be removed, and ultimately driving 321 Studios out of business. There is nothing that DVDxCopy can do that DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink together cant do, and do better - and they are free and still being improved.

My advice - dont even install DVDxCopy - it's not worth the trouble.

(Side note - if you have the platinum edition that includes DVDxRescue, install that - it can do a good job)
