Can anyone know how?
i have a mpeg2 file (119M only) and i want
to burnt it into a CDR to keep the dvd quality
and playable in dvd player...
is it work? what can i do?

SVCD encoded at the max 2250 kbs bit rate will give you very good video quality ... not DVD quality but close.
