I really need this dumb program to run cause I can't figure out how to use batch mode on flash mpeg.

I am trying to convert a disk with 6 episodes of a tv on it. Each is in it's own PGC. I tried using gordian (gorgan?) knot program but everytime it runs it's besweet module produces this

    BeSweet v1.5b29 by DSPguru.
    --------------------------
    Using azid.dll v1.9 (b922) by Midas (midas@egon.gyaloglo.hu).
    Using lame_enc.dll v1.32 (8/8/2003), Engine 3.90 <http://www.mp3dev.org/>.

    Logging start : 10/08/04 , 00:51:33.

    C:\PROGRA~1\AutoGK\BeSweet\BeSweet.exe -core( -input G:\New Folder\agk_tmp\episode 1 AC3 T01 2_0ch 192Kbps DELAY 0ms.ac3 -output G:\New Folder\agk_tmp\episode 1 AC3 T01 2_0ch 192Kbps DELAY 0ms.mp3 -logfile G:\New Folder\agk_tmp\episode 1 AC3 T01 2_0ch 192Kbps DELAY 0ms.log ) -ota( -hybridgain ) -azid( -L -3db -c normal ) -lame( -h --cbr -b 176 ) -profile( AutoGK )

    [00:00:00:000] +------- BeSweet -----
    [00:00:00:000] | Input : G:\New Folder\agk_tmp\episode 1 AC3 T01 2_0ch 192Kbps DELAY 0ms.ac3
    [00:00:00:000] | Output: G:\New Folder\agk_tmp\episode 1 AC3 T01 2_0ch 192Kbps DELAY 0ms.mp3
    [00:00:00:000] | Floating-Point Process: Yes
    [00:00:00:000] | PostGain normalize to : 0.97
Error 47: Error with LAME dll!
    Quiting...
    [00:00:00:000] Conversion Completed !

    Logging ends : 10/08/04 , 00:51:33.

I am not sure what to do, I tried removing lame and installing the FG Radium codec from Franhauffer but it is still defaulting to lame.

Does this program need to be installed on the same disk as the files it's converting?

Is there a way i can fix this, try anouther version? Is there anouther program with a batch mode.
