DVD to Ram/rm

i basically have dvd's and i want to cut out scences and make them ram
so some people can see and have the option to resize
here is an example
someone took this out of a dvd and made it ram and resized it

i want out to know the exact steps to do that

simple
you can convert and cut to avi/divx/xvid using fairuse 0.9.3 or dvdx or virtualdub-mpeg2 and then convert to rm using helix producer or some other rm converter(click on tools and select to Rm under conversion).

advanced
or frameserve from dvd2avi or DGMPGDec or virtualdub-mpeg2 to helix producer...maybe you need to use vfapi reader to be able to open the frameserver file.

i used dvdshrink and got a very small vob and i am happy
now for the next step what can i do
to make it ram/rm and change the resolution
with a program can u give me a specific program

and if possible the same but request but this time wmv
